Terms of Service

1. Use of the App

PupWalk helps you track dog walks, manage dog profiles, view walking stats, and set walking goals. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 14 years old to use PupWalk. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You may also use the app with limited functionality without an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

4. User-Entered Data

Walk data in PupWalk is entered or recorded via the device by you. You are responsible for keeping your entries accurate. PupWalk is a tracking tool and does not provide veterinary or health advice for your pets.

5. Free and Premium Plans

PupWalk offers a free tier (daily walk logging, basic map) and a Premium subscription ($2.99/month or $24.99/year) with route history, weather log, and co-owner sharing.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

6. Intellectual Property

PupWalk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. The PupWalk name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. Your walk and dog data remains yours.

7. User Representations

By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is truthful and accurate.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You will not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PupWalk is a tracking tool and does not provide veterinary or health advice for your pets. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages caused by data loss or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Engagement in prohibited activities
• Request by you to delete your account
• Legal or regulatory requirements

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at start@djump.io. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
